  • How can I print my admission pass?
    If you are attending the event at the onsite venue (INTEX Osaka), please print your admission pass from your My Page.

    Click "Print Admission Pass" on My Page → Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Print Admission Pass (PDF)" button.

    The admission pass can be used multiple times during the event period.

    Please note that you must be logged in to access My Page.

    If this is your first time, please complete the admission registration by clicking the "Admission Registration" button at the top right, or the "Click here to register" button at the bottom of the page.

  • What do I need to bring to attend a lecture or seminar on the day of the event?

    All lectures and seminars require advance registration. Please make sure to register for each program before arriving at the venue.
    (Same-day registration may be available if there are open seats.)

    Once your registration is complete, the program code will be printed at the bottom of your admission pass.

    This applies only to lectures and seminars held at the onsite venue.

  • What is the best viewing environment?

    The latest versions of the following browsers are recommended.

    ・Google Chrome ・Mozilla Firefox
    ・Microsoft Edge ・Safari

    *Internet Explorer is not supported. Please check from the above browser.

  • Do I need to register for admission per person?

    Yes. Please be sure to register per person.

    *The same e-mail address cannot be used for multiple registrations with different registrant names

  • Do I need to register for admission per each exhibition or onsite/online?

    No. One-time registration is enough.

    Entrance to the onsite venue (INTEX Osaka)
    Before visiting the onsite venue, please print the entry pass in color on A4.
    The PDF of entry pass is available in "My Page”.

    You can enter the exhibition without reception procedures on the day if you bring the printed pass with you.

    Admission to the online venue
    You can enter (access) the online booth by logging in with your registered ID and password.

  • Can I view exhibitor information before registering for admission?

    Yes, you can view the following information before completing your admission registration:
    ① Highlights & Basic Information of Exhibitors

    Please visit the "Exhibitor List" page located at the top of the website.

    You can check the highlights and basic information of each exhibitor participating in the event.

    ★ Once you register for admission:

    You can bookmark exhibitors of interest and view them from your My Page.

    ② Details of Lectures & Seminars

    Please visit the "Lectures & Seminars" page at the top of the website.

    You can check information about the co-hosted lectures, seminars, and other programs.

    ★ Once you register for admission:You will be able to apply to attend lectures and seminars.

    Note: Admission registration (login) is required to bookmark exhibitors or apply for lectures.

    If this is your first time, please click “Visitor Registration" at the top right.

  • I did not receive a registration completion email.

    The following causes are possible

    1.The email may have been sorted into the spam folder.
    →Please check your spam folder. The registration completion email will be sent from “regist@nikkan.tech”.


    2.You may have mistyped the email address when registered.
    →Please register again with the correct email address. *You cannot register multiple times with the same email address.


    3. It may be due to the security system of your company/organization.
    →Please register again using the different email address (Gmail, etc.) that is not affected by the company or organization you belong to.

  • What should I do if I want to cover the event?

    Please register at the press reception located at the venue entrance.


    If you would like to interview the organizers, please contact the secretariat email address ( info-fmiexpo@nikkan.tech ) in advance with the following information.

    Please write "Request to cover FMIEXPO/JIOSH+W" in the subject line.
